Who handles your enquiry

Information and purposes

An online enquiry asks for your name, email, country or jurisdiction, service, a short message and, optionally, organisation and a preferred contact time. The firm uses this information to respond, assess whether an engagement can be accepted and maintain an appropriate enquiry record. It is not a subscription to marketing communications. Technical data may be processed for hosting, abuse prevention and delivery.

Choice and consent

You may contact the firm by email or telephone instead of using the online form. Form consent is specific to handling your enquiry and may be withdrawn by contacting the firm. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier processing and may prevent further handling of the request. Information required by law or for legitimate record preservation may need to be retained.

Online verification

The form loads Google reCAPTCHA only when you submit the form after agreeing to spam verification. Google may process information about your device and interaction and use cookies in accordance with its own policies. You can avoid this verification by using the published email or phone details.

Service providers and international processing

Website hosting, spam prevention, secure storage and email delivery involve service providers. The Hostinger implementation uses Hostinger for hosting, encrypted enquiry storage and email delivery, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. Online collection remains disabled until configuration and testing are complete. Providers may process data outside India. Before enabling collection, the firm must confirm provider contracts, processing locations and any applicable transfer safeguards. No website analytics or advertising trackers are enabled.

Security and retention

The online implementation encrypts enquiry contents before database storage and restricts database access to authorised server operations. Notification emails contain a reference rather than the enquiry contents. The configured retention schedule removes online enquiry records after 90 days; accepted engagements and correspondence may have separate retention requirements. Provider backups and email copies follow their configured retention schedules. Do not send sensitive financial records or credentials through the general form.

Your requests

You may ask about access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent by contacting the firm. Identity may need to be verified proportionately. Available rights, exceptions and complaint routes depend on the law applicable to the processing. If EU or UK data protection law applies, this can include restriction, objection, portability and complaints to the relevant supervisory authority. International visitors do not automatically make every overseas law applicable.

Children and updates

The enquiry service is intended for adult business and professional enquiries. Please do not submit information about children. This notice may be updated when the firm changes its systems or processing. The effective processing arrangements and applicable Indian data protection provisions must be confirmed before public launch.
