Include income and expense information together with cash balances, receivables, payables and a forward-looking cash view. Explain major timing differences.
Compare with expectations
Show budget or forecast comparisons with brief explanations for significant variances. State the assumptions behind the forecast and identify uncertain inputs.
Close with responsibilities
List the actions arising from the review and who owns them. Management reporting supports decisions; it does not guarantee performance or substitute for statutory reporting.
